STEELMAXenergy SA disposes of a “Customer Support / Service Division”, with separate technical departments for each of the sectors it operates, staffed by qualified personnel, as well as sufficient number of spare parts for all kinds of equipment and models offered. All department’s technicians are trained at regular intervals by foreign specialists of each sector in order to remain fully qualified about the latest developments in each product.

In order to be able to face all kinds of technical issues directly, even in the Greek province, the company cooperates with authorised official representatives and service sub-contractors throughout Greece and the Balkans. Eleven ( 11 ) Authorised Support Centers ( ASC ), fully equipped, operate all over Greece.
